What I do

My clients usually contact me when they are grappling with one or more of the following questions:

• How can we save costs by eliminating the organisational ‘silos’ that often lead to expensive
reinvention of the wheel?
•  How can we make cross-boundary working effective – both within and across organisations?
• How do we establish more collaborative ways of working?
• How can we ‘know what we know’ and put that knowledge to work to achieve our goals?
• How can we engage our people to embrace organisational change enthusiastically?
I work with the leaders who address these challenges and also with the change agents who influence and support these leaders. I often act as an organisational coach, sharing the lessons learned from my years of practical experience, in order to help my clients to save time and effort and avoid common pitfalls.

I also run workshops on the topic of collaborative working and transformational change as part of leadership development programmes or other educational programmes. Another aspect of my portfolio is designing and facilitating consortium learning programmes, where a number of different organisations learn from each other's experience.

Although I am an independent, I enjoy working collaboratively (just as well considering my specialism!) and am a member of the Duke Corporate Education Global Educator Network.
