I'm Elizabeth Lank, welcome and thanks for visiting my site. It's here to tell people a bit more about what I do and how to contact me.
To put it (relatively) succinctly, I focus on the challenge of connecting organisational silos. In other words, I help people and organisations to collaborate more effectively, by building better working relationships across internal and external boundaries. I coach, advise, facilitate, write and teach on the topics of collaborative working and transformational change, building on more than fifteen years of practical experience with over forty five different client organisations.
My most recent book, written with my co-authors Alison Donaldson and Jane Maher, describes how the UK-based charity Macmillan Cancer Support has developed strong communities of influence of healthcare professionals in order to influence healthcare policy and practice around cancer services. Communities of Influence was published in June 2011 by Radcliffe Publishing.
I am based in the U.K. and you can reach me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
